Therapy with me is about understanding what shaped you, healing what still hurts, and stepping into the most liberated version of who you are.

One-on-one therapy is ideal for those seeking in-depth personal support, particularly for trauma or specific individual treatment. It is available to Canadian residents ONLY who need additional guidance and wish to explore various aspects of their lives in a focused, personalized setting.
How we get there:
For those ready to profoundly transform their lives and accelerate their healing journey. Expansive in-depth and in-person experiences offer a faster, more immersive approach than traditional one-on-one therapy. This option is ideal for individuals who are committed to doing the hard work, diving straight into their healing, and seeking comprehensive support and guidance to achieving deep transformational change.
You might be doing everything right and still feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you can’t quite explain. The truth is, our nervous systems hold onto the past, shaping how we relate, cope, and move through life. We’ll explore the deeper layers: the unconscious patterns formed early on, the ways your nervous system protects you, and how to move from coping to actually living. You’re not broken. Your reactions, shutdowns, overthinking, and people-pleasing all have a story. They were built from what you went through, and they’re your nervous system trying to keep you safe.

Imagine if you could obtain:
Sustained long term mental health change including:
Inherent Value: Recognizing your worth comes from who you are, not from what you do or what others think. It's like knowing that you’re valuable simply because you exist, not because of external achievements or approval.
Breaking Free from External Validation: Not relying on other people’s opinions or praise to feel good about yourself. Instead, building self-worth from within, trusting your own judgment and values rather than seeking constant approval from others.
Seeing Yourself as the Solution: Rather than viewing yourself as the problem, understand that you have the capability to address and resolve your challenges. Trusting the process of recovery and not letting self-doubt or negative thoughts derail your progress.
Deep Connection with Your Body and Nervous System: Cultivate a positive, connected, and supportive relationship with your body, rather than experiencing it with disdain, frustration, and disconnection. Heal from the inside out using somatic practices to expand, tolerate, and build capacity within your nervous system.
Using Trauma and Anger for Healing: Transforming difficult experiences and emotions into sources of strength. Instead of letting trauma and anger hold you back, channel these feelings into personal growth and healing.
Life Story as a Force for Healing: Embrace your life experiences, including the challenging ones, as part of your journey towards healing. Your story can be a source of insight and resilience, helping you to grow and move forward.
Confidence from Within: Build self-confidence and esteem based on a strong sense of self-worth rather than external achievements or validation. This means grounding your self-belief in your own values and strengths, making it more resilient and enduring.

Hiiiii, I’m Nikki
After enduring a deeply abusive and violent relationship as an adult, I was left with no choice but to confront my vulnerabilities head-on. I needed to strengthen my connection to myself, enhance my awareness, and prioritize my own well-being. My nervous system was SHOT, and healing myself became essential for creating a better future.
Not only was I healing from this traumatic experience, I was also uprooting years of ‘norms and shoulds’ from my upbringing. The identity that was put on to me, the person I was ‘supposed’ to become, and all the ways I learned how to be a woman in this world.
As a result of this work, I felt called even deeper to become a therapist to support others on their own healing journeys. I feel fortunate to have emerged from that experience (she was rough at first not gonna lie!!), and I’m eager to share the knowledge and tools that I wish I had during my own path to recovery.
