Is The Wellness Club a replacement for 1-1 therapy?

No, it is not. The Wellness Club is an educational, workshop, and subscription based program. It is not a replacement for 1-1 therapy. 1-1 therapy is necessary and needed for many reasons. In addition, it is not the only form of healing and therapeutic work that can be helpful. Building out diverse methods of support and healing is crucial to wellness longevity.

1-1 therapy is not the only way to wellness.
